The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) announced the review results of the best corporate governance and ESG awards in 2021. Lenovo Group won the "Best Corporate Governance & ESG Awards" gold award for its comprehensive performance in corporate governance and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG), and was named one of the most sustainable companies in Hong Kong.

Lenovo just concluded its 12-day Double 11 shopping spree with another record breaking sales. Its revenue for the period went up 26% YoY to RMB7.65 billion while sales volume saw an even bigger surge at 70% to over 3.1 million units. The Group made to the top of 16 bestseller lists, including the ones for premium thin and light and gaming PC, in JD.com, a giant e-commerce site in China that most of consumers turn to for purchasing computers, communication and consumer electronics.

Lenovo announced record Q2 results with net income growing 65% year-on-year and net income margin improving by 0.7 points, on track towards the Group’s goal of doubling in three years.

Lenovo Group announced record fiscal first quarter results ,revenue continued hypergrowth to US$16.9 billion, up 27% year-on-year, net income increased 119% year-on-year.

Due to rising revenue contribution from the newly formed Solutions and Services Group and strong PC shipments, S&P expects Lenovo should be able to expand its profits and hence reduce debt leverage over the next 12-24 months. This upgrade indicates that a rating revise up from the current “BBB-” level in the next 12-24 months can be expected should the company sustainably grow its service revenue contribution and lower its debt-to-EBITDA ratio to below 1.0x.

IDC just published CY21Q2 WW PC Preliminary result. Worldwide traditional PC market landed at 83.6M units, up 13.2% YoY. Lenovo maintains global No. 1 PC position with 23.9% market share, up 14.9% YoY to 20M units.

Lenovo’s annual revenue surged past US$60 billion for the first time with net income grew 77% to US$1.2 billion in FY20/21.

Lenovo ranked the 25th in a report named “Most Innovative Companies 2021" issued by Boston Consulting Group to recognize our efforts in innovation-led transformation.

Worldwide PC shipments totaled 79.4 million units in the fourth quarter of 2020, a 10.7% increase from the fourth quarter of 2019, according to preliminary results by Gartner, Inc. The top three vendors in the worldwide PC market remained unchanged from the previous quarter, although Lenovo continued to widen its lead over HP.

The latest Canalys data shows that worldwide PC market growth accelerated in the last quarter of 2020, as shipments of desktops, notebooks and workstations increased by 25% from a year ago to reach a record 90.3 million units. Lenovo held first place in the PC market in Q4 with record shipments of 23.1 million units and year-on-year growth of 29%.

IDC just published CY20Q4 WW PC Preliminary result. Worldwide traditional PC market landed at 91.6M units, up 26.1% YoY, higher than IDC Nov forecast of 85.3M units. Lenovo maintains global no. 1 PC position and has expanded market share leadership in the global PC market. It is also the fastest growing company among global top-3 PC brands.
